Where it started
The same sale, typed three times
A business sells one thing and records it three times: at the till, in the accounts, and in a spreadsheet for stock. Each copy is typed by hand, so at the month's end the three don't agree - and someone spends a weekend finding out why.
f-ai keeps sales, purchases, stock, the bank and GST on one set of entries. A sale is recorded once and lands everywhere it belongs.
