# Appointment booking that fills the day and the books

Customers book online from your own page; the day board shows who's in, who's next and who's free. A visit ends with its invoice and payment - no second system to reconcile.

## How it works

Three steps, each on its own screen in f-ai.

1. 01 **They book** - From your booking page - the service, the person and a free slot.
2. 02 **The day runs** - The board shows arrivals, who's with whom and the gaps.
3. 03 **The visit posts** - The invoice and the payment land in the books when the visit ends.

## What it does

- **Online booking** - Your own page with your services, people and hours.
- **The day board** - Arrivals, rooms and staff for the day, at a glance.
- **Reminders** - Customers are reminded before their slot.
- **Deposits** - Take part of the price at booking, where a payment provider is set up.
- **Waitlist** - A freed slot is offered to the next on the list.
- **Visits to invoices** - Each visit becomes an invoice and its payment, in the same books.
